Race Day Info 🖤
Check-in will open from 6:00am. All athletes must check in on arrival to collect their athlete number. Check-in will remain open until 7:00am and will be monitored throughout the morning.
Athlete briefing will begin at 6:30am, with the first heat kicking off at 7:00am sharp.
The full race track and stations will be clearly signed, with volunteers positioned throughout the course to help guide athletes and spectators on the day.
We’ll have coffee, baked goods, good tunes, and Emily behind the camera capturing all the action — so come race ready and ready for a good time 🖤
Heats will run strictly every 15 minutes to ensure there is no overlap at stations and the event flows smoothly for all competitors.
Presentations and podiums will take place after the final heat, approximately 12:30pm.
